In the last two years, The David Splaine Team has averaged over $7.5 million in sales, and over 30 transactions per year. On average, we sold our listings at 94.75% of asking price in 73 days last year. The sale price to list price ratio for all Rhode Island realtors during 2010 was 93.66%, and it took them 90 days on average to sell their listings. Additionally, we were one of the top 10 teams for all of RE/MAX in Rhode Island for 2009. David is currently the number three producer at RE/MAX Professionals,
the largest RE/MAX agency in all of Rhode Island. David entered real
estate in 2002 after 16 years in sales and marketing. His corporate
experience helps him produce innovative ideas that translate into
success for his clients and his team. He worked in sales for companies
such as Johnson & Johnson and Bell + Howell. David was also a
marketing manager at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island and at
Citizens Bank.
David’s commitment to his customers is reflected in the numerous
testimonials he and his team have received, and is backed by his
attainment of several professional designations: Certified Residential
Specialist (CRS), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Graduate
Realtor Institute (GRI), and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR).
A graduate of Bishop Hendricken High School and Villanova University,
David is a member of the Apponaug Area Improvement Association and is a
board member of the House of Hope. He enjoys boating, salt water
fishing, skiing, and has completed the Save the Bay Swim six times. He
lives in East Greenwich with his wife Deb, and has three children:
Megan, Patrick, and Teddy.

Anne Seelenbrandt has joined our team as a Marketing Assistant. Anne is a
Rhode Island native and a graduate of the University of Rhode Island
with a degree in Graphic Design/Marketing. She brings with her
excellent computer & marketing knowledge and a strong commitment to
her work. In her spare time she enjoys boating, traveling and art. |
