In 2009, The David Splaine Team achieved nearly $10 million in sales, and had over 40 transactions. On average, we sold our listings at 97.04% of asking price in 81 days on the market. The average sale price to list price ratio for all Rhode Island realtors during 2009 was 93.53%, and it took them 94 days on average to sell their listings. David was the number two producer at RE/MAX Professionals for 2009, the largest RE/MAX agency in all of Rhode Island. David entered real estate in 2002 after 16 years in sales and marketing. His corporate experience helps him produce innovative ideas that translate into success for his clients and his team. He worked in sales for companies such as Johnson & Johnson and Bell + Howell. David was also a marketing manager at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island and at Citizens Bank.
David’s commitment to his customers is reflected in the numerous testimonials he and his team have received, and is backed by his attainment of several professional designations: Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR).
A graduate of Bishop Hendricken High School and Villanova University, David is a member of the Apponaug Area Improvement Association and is a board member of the House of Hope. He enjoys boating, salt water fishing, skiing, and has completed the Save the Bay Swim four times. He lives in East Greenwich with his wife Deb, and has three children: Megan, Patrick, and Teddy.
Kim Bonn is a licensed realtor and a multi-million dollar producer. She has been with RE/MAX Professionals for 10 years and joined The David Splaine Team in November of 2008. She has a very high level of energy, is outgoing, and hardworking. Kim consistently receives referrals from her clients, demonstrating their satisfaction with her service.
Kim is a lifelong resident of Warwick and resides in Hoxsie with her 8 year old cocker spaniel Hershey. She is a graduate of Warwick Veterans High School and her interests include walking, travel, and animals. Kim has also participated in and organized numerous charity events.
Anne Seelenbrandt has joined our team as a Marketing Assistant. Anne is a Rhode Island native and a graduate of the University of Rhode Island with a degree in Graphic Design/Marketing. She brings with her excellent computer & marketing knowledge and a strong commitment to her work. In her spare time she enjoys boating, traveling and art.
